A recent article in The Telegraph saying we are brushing our teeth all wrong, made fascinating reading. I was delighted to go on Love...
Sharp teeth was the topic of a poser sent into Simon Mayo’s Radio 2 programme. In the regular feature Homework Sucks, a 10 year old listener asked ‘When are your teeth at their sharpest?’
Simon Mayo broadcasts to over 6 million people each week, so there was a good audience for the conversation.
The answer is that our teeth are sharpest at different times of our life. They are sharp when our baby teeth come through, as any Mum will tell you. Also, when we lose our baby teeth and our adult teeth emerge, they are sharp! Finally our teeth are sharp if have damage to them and sharp, rough edges appear.
